FREE COACHING

With the purchase of your RISE VIP, Premiere Plus & Premiere ticket you get one month of coaching on us! We like to say that Coaching is like taking RISE home with you. So, what better way to get prepared for RISE than to get your hearts and minds ready in the coaching program!

First thirst thing first, what is coaching? Once a month you will be able to tune-in and watch live life coaching. Can’t make it live, no problem! Watch the recording as many times as you like. After the coaching session, you will receive a weekly assignment, homework or challenges, all with the goal to apply the coaching topic to your life.

*If you choose the monthly option, you must subscribe to the program. This means that your card on file will be automatically charged after your free month is over. You have the option to cancel your monthly subscription, by contacting hello@thehollisco.com.

BAG POLICY

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited: Cameras other than small digital cameras or smart phones, Flags, Signs or Banners, noisemakers, umbrellas, balloons, weapons, animals (excluding certified service animals), flowers, smoking/E-Cigs and wrapped gifts. Small snacks and water bottles are permitted. 

Upon entry to the venue, you will be subject to a thorough security check. Please allow yourself extra time and arrive early. You are encouraged to avoid bringing large bags and any outside food and drink. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Parking is located at Brookfield Place across from the Sony Centre at 181 Bay Street. Additional public parking lots are available on Scott Street (just east of the Sony Centre), and on the Esplanade (just south of the Sony Centre). Limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. There is no parking on site at the Sony Centre.

FOOD & ACCOMMODATIONS

Food

There will be food and drinks available for purchase at Sony Centre (soon to be Meridian Hall). You can also check the event app for restaurant recommendations. Food and accommodations are not included with your event ticket. There is a variety of both places to stay and eat within a few miles of Sony Centre (soon to be Meridian Hall). 

Accommodations

Attendees are able to make their own reservations by calling in toll free at 1 888 627 7175 and stating that they are part of the RISE TORONTO 2020 group or simply use the dedicated reservation link below. Also, a friendly reminder that the cut-off date to make reservations under the group block is on January 16th. BOOK YOUR ROOM TODAY!

Thursday, March 5th -The first day will be all about owning your PAST. You can’t get to the next step in your life without acknowledging where you’ve come from.

Friday, March 6th - The second day is all about owning your PRESENT. How are the choices you are making RIGHT NOW with your mental + physical health helping or hurting you develop into a better version of you?

Saturday, March 7th -The last day is about owning your FUTURE. Now that you know what you’ve walked through, learn how that can make you a warrior for who you are about to become.

Break Times

There will be small stretch breaks during the conference. Lunch will be 90 minutes each day. You can leave your seat at any time, to use the restroom. We highly recommend staying in the room as much as possible so you don’t miss anything. There will be designated spaces for mothers to nurse just ask a staff member for the exact location.

DANCE PARTY

We love to end our weekend with an epic, themed dance party on March 7th! All ticket holders can add on a Dance Party ticket to their order for $50 (For VIP ticket holders, dance party is included). Make sure to purchase your dance party ticket with the same account you purchased your RISE tickets with.

TICKET TRANSFERS

We are partnering with LYTE to provide a hassle-free, safe way to exchange tickets once they are sold out or if your plans change. Fulfillment is based on supply and demand. Tickets don’t become available on LYTE until a ticket-holder sells their ticket to LYTE making it available to someone on the waitlist. 

To SELL a ticket on LYTE, you may do so only once the ticket type you want to sell is sold out. 

To BUY tickets after sell out, you can make a reservation on the waitlist to purchase tickets on our RISE/LYTE fan-to-fan exchange. The price will vary based on ticket type and market demand. At the time you make a reservation on the waitlist, you will agree to a price you are willing to pay once the ticket you want becomes available. At that time your credit card is automatically charged and LYTE will make your tickets available to you. Ticket allocation is first-come, first-served. 

LYTE also provides a feature allowing you to transfer or send tickets to friends. Using LYTE guarantees ticket authenticity. 

LYTE is Hollis Co.’s exclusive partner on ticket exchange. Refunds or exchanges are not offered through The Hollis Co. If you have questions about LYTE’s services please contact LYTE directly by emailing support@lyte.com.

EARLY REGISTRATION

We are offering early registration check-in on Wednesday, March 4th at the Sony Centre. If you want to avoid the registration lines on Thursday or Friday, stop by to pick up your event credentials early. All registration throughout the event will take place in the lobby of the Sony Centre.

Bring Your ID

Please make sure to bring your ID with you to RISE. You'll need your ID throughout the weekend - from initial check-in to picking up your event credentials and more. You'll check in at our convenient kiosks for your name badge, but will need an ID to get your lanyard. You'll also need your ID for the dance party to be able to purchase a drink. So bring that ID with you!

Event App

All ticket holders will receive a link to download the app as the event gets closer. The app will allow you to connect with other attendees. It will also provide helpful tools for planning your trip and event announcements from us at The Hollis Co. It will keep you up to date on all things pertaining to the event.
